Goals
My goals have shifted quite a bit in the last year, and my training program will follow those goals.
I don’t care about being the biggest or the strongest anymore, and I don’t care about looking photoshoot ready at the drop of a dime.
What I do care about is simple. As Jim Wendler so eloquently states, I want to be “Physically Awesome.”
That means leaner, increased GPP, the ability to run faster and longer (endurance), and healthier.
- Three days a week of lifting 
- Two days a week of dedicated mobility and stability work 
- Some sort of cardio on all five days 
My weights are nowhere near what I used to do, and I am focusing more on weighted vest work, also.
I chased size, strength, and aesthetics for so long and now it’s time to chase longevity.
