Single Arm DB Bench Right Arm
Set 1: 40 lbs x 5
Set 2: 45 lbs x 5
Set 3: 55 lbs x 5
Set 4: 60 lbs x 14

Still working on rehabbing the right arm, but it's improving and I am happy about it. 

Single Arm DB Bench Left Arm
Set 1: 50 lbs x 5
Set 2: 65 lbs x 5
Set 3: 75 lbs x 5
Set 4: 85 lbs x 11

Pull Up
Set 1: 8 reps
Set 2: 6 reps
Set 3: 6 reps

I am using a light band resistance. The band is stretched across two j-hooks on the rack. This is to help me with pull-ups while the right arm is not up to full strength yet. 

Weighted Vest Work
5 minutes with 30# vest

18” Step-up x8 per leg
Forward sled drag x40 yards using 85#
Set 1: 5 rounds - 15min 0s

​Lower body weighted vest work was an asskicker today.
