Set 1: 70 lbs x 3
Set 2: 140 lbs x 3
Set 3: 160 lbs x 3
Set 4: 190 lbs x 3

Front squats are so much better on my knees, I set my working max very low to allow for progress. 

Hammer Strength Glute Drive
Set 1: 230 lbs x 6
Set 2: 280 lbs x 6
Set 3: 330 lbs x 6

Weighted Vest Work

Neutral Grip Pushups x8
Inverted Rows x8"
