Welcome to Team Ashman

Your coaching investment is important, and we need to be on the same page. We can only help you as much as you’re willing to help us. That might sound simple, but you’ll be surprised how much it works.

We’ve attached some helpful links at the bottom of the page, especially the intake info for training and nutrition coaching.

This client portal also offers resources to support your program and coaching. We will continue to add to it as time goes on.

As my client, we expect a few things from you:

  1. Do your best

  2. Communicate your needs

  3. Be honest with feedback and check-ins

  4. Check-in regularly

We are here to help you navigate this journey, but we need your input, regular check-ins, and honesty to be effective.

This is a service we take pride in, and we hope you take as much pride in your work as we do.

Let’s get after it!
