First Week of Tracking
For the first 3-4 days, continue to track and eat as you normally do, but start weighing your food, tracking it, and being aware of what and how much you are eating. We will provide you with the check-in day once you submit it after the first few days. It will be Tuesday or Friday before 8 a.m. CST.
When you email us back after 3-4 days of initial tracking, please ensure that you provide us with your specific nutritional goals. The more detail you give us, the better it is. We want to know what you want, not what we want.
You should check in before 8 a.m. on that day so we have enough time to review it, analyze your data, and make any necessary adjustments for you.
Download the Excel Tracking Sheet to use, but do not adjust the formulas.
Do not change your diet yet; eat as you normally do. We need an accurate portrayal of your diet and weight trends for the week.
Download MacroFactor from your phone’s app store and enter the code KCN for two free weeks.
Measure in grams as they are far more accurate than ounces. It doesn’t matter if you measure cooked meat or raw; just keep it consistent for accuracy.
Weigh yourself first thing every morning after using the bathroom. No clothes, no shoes, nothing.
Once those three days are up, email your coach with your tracking sheet.

Three pictures (front, side, back) if you are comfortable sharing. If not, take them for yourself and keep them for comparisons over time. We do not require check-in photos.
