This workout was performed in series from the first exercise to the end. I rested as long as I needed to and just kept moving with intention. I am going to run my training like this for a while because it’s fun.

I ended the workout with 10 minutes of prowler sprints followed by 5 minutes of a cool-down walk on the treadmill.

This type of work is based on Jim Wendler’s Krypeteia program. It’s not for beginners, people focusing only on strength or bodybuilding, but it is for those who want to work hard, be in better shape, and gain a little strength and muscle along the way.

I will ride this out for at least 12 weeks and see what happens.
